Louis S. Collins, MBA
President and CEO

Louis Collins is the founder of Engage Integrated Systems Technology. Louis has an MBA Degree from Pepperdine University, a lifetime Teaching Credential from the state of California in Computer Related Technology. He studied Computer Science Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology as a Master of Science candidate and has a BS Degree in Computer Science Management from the University District of Columbia. Louis is a decorated twice-wounded Vietnam Marine Veteran.

Louis’ professional consulting career in the IT industry has spanned two decades of system and integration experience including project management and software development. Much of his career was focused on the private sector and gradually moved into the public sector. Recently, he has managed and developed the disaster recovery program for CalPERS the nation’s largest institutional investor.

D Scott Miles
Chief Operations Officer

Scott is a senior executive with a strong background in start-up company business development, marketing, and sales operations. Scott also guides Engage Business Continuity Solutions efforts in customer acquisition, HR operations, business operations, customer support, alternate channel distribution, and project management.

Prior to joining Engage, Scott served as the Senior Vice President of Business Development and Executive Vice President of Operations for Executive Search International, Inc. His expertise spans the arena of international alliance and partnership development, strategic marketing, sales and corporate operations. Scott helped build ESI into a market leader in HR and Recruiting ASP technology and consulting services.
In addition, he served as a career Officer in the United States Marine Corps in several leadership and operations positions worldwide. He completed a Masters Level Program in Amphibious Operations from the Marine Corps University and earned his Bachelors Degree in Public Relations from the University of Florida.

Scott is a member of the Bay Area Recovery managers Association, Association of Sacramento Area Planners, American Marketing Association, and a former member of the CRM Forum. Scott is the current Commissioner of The Parks and Community Services Commission for the City of Winters.
